Yoga for Trauma is a workshop designed to offer tools to Veterans and other trauma survivors for coping and managing symptoms of PTSD and other stress or anxiety disorders. Students will participate in breathing and meditation exercises, as well as a vinyasa style yoga sequence suitable for addressing the particular physical responses to stress.
