AERIAL CLASSES

All Aerial classes require the Learn to Fly Aerial Series or Intro to Lyra as a prerequisite. You only need to take an intro class once, though you’re welcome to take it as many times as you’d like, before entering Silks 1, Aerial Sling/Hammock 1, or Lyra 1. Alternatively, we accept proof of prior applicable experience and instructor approval to join. Unless otherwise noted, all Coil classes have a minimum age of 14.

FOR ALL AERIAL APPARATUS CLASSES (Aerial Silks): 1) Long hair should be tied back,  2) No clothing with zippers, 3) Absolutely no jewelry should be worn on the hands, wrists or feet during class, 4) Please wear leggings that cover the backs of the knees and shirts covering the torso - those silks can burn! These precautions are both for your safety and to prevent damage to the aerial silks material.  Note that we reserve the right to refuse to allow a student to participate in class if they are not willing to adhere to these safety precautions.
