Yoga classes are always open to drop-ins, and we have many package options designed to save money and even bundle with Aerial or Bellydance sessions. Read below to learn more about what each class offers.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Instructors: Tera Bailey, Susan Hall, Christine Cresswell, Mosha Morgan

A variably paced flow class where practitioners are guided through a sequence of asana, connecting breath with movement, resulting in all-over mind and body bliss.

Tues thru Thurs, 9-10a
Weds,
 6 - 7p
Mon thru Friday, 12pm
Drop-ins permitted.

As this class moves at a slightly faster pace with fewer explanations, beginners yoga or some yoga experience is recommended (thought not required) before dropping in.

Yin Yoga
Instructor: Tera Bailey & Katie Leute

A class targeted towards opening the connective tissues of the body, such as the ligaments, bones, and joints; areas of the body that, when the muscles are warm, are usually difficult to access. Poses are held in deep expression for longer periods of time--five minutes or more per pose is typical--in an effort to gently but firmly create flexibility and to explore the experience of being still within a pose. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.

Mondays, 6-7p
Wednesdays, 9-10a
Drop-ins permitted.

Beginners Yoga
Instructors: Tera Bailey & Susan Hall

A slower paced class with detailed explanation of basic alignment and fundamentals. Great for first time yogis, or those who would like to deepen an existing practice with more detailed instruction and break-down.

Monday & Friday, 9-10a
Drop-ins permitted.

Dynamic Flow Yoga
Instructors: Katie Leute

A variably paced flow class where practitioners are guided through a sequence of dynamic, heat-generating asana intended to build strength and heat in the body.

Tues, 6pm

As this class moves at a slightly faster pace with fewer explanations, beginners yoga or some yoga experience is recommended (thought not required) before dropping in.

Aerial Yoga
Instructors: Katie Leute

Suspension yoga using an aerial hammock as a support prop and tool to move through yoga postures modified for use in the hammock.  Expect more inversions than a regular yoga practice,

Thurs, 6pm
Drop-ins permitted.

As this class moves at a slightly faster pace with fewer explanations, beginners yoga or some yoga experience is recommended (thought not required) before dropping in.

Bellydance  classes are offered in 8 week sessions, to allow for the gradual building upon learned material. Thus, these classes are sold as "sessions" and new students are invited to join at the begining of the session. Bellydance allows drop ins, so if you miss the beginning of the session and want to catch a few classes when you can, you're welcome to drop-in.  Level 2 and Level 3 classes require prior experience before dropping in, so if you're a seasoned bellydancer and ATS® Level 2, 3, and Tribal Fusion Level 2 are open to you as well.

American Tribal Style® Belly Dance Level 1
Instructor: Courtney Rowland

ATS® is an improvisational (choreography-free!) style of belly dance that incorporates elements of Egyptian, Indian, flamenco, and other traditional dances from around the globe. The ATS® system uses a standardized “vocabulary” of dance movements with built in cues and transitions that make it possible for dancers to improvise together in set formations. Students in Level 1 learn the foundational vocabulary and posture and practice following a leader in formation.

Tues, 7:15 - 8:15p
8-week sessions, Drop-ins permitted

American Tribal Style® Belly Dance Level 2
Instructor: Courtney Rowland
Pre-requisite required - ATS® Belly Dance Level 1 and instructor permission.

This intermediate ATS class builds on the foundations of Level 1. With a much larger vocabulary of movement, Level 2 spans two 8-week sessions and covers intermediate improvisational dance skills such as leading/following and dancing with a large group (chorus). At least two sessions of Level 1 and prior discussion with instructor required for admittance.

Saturdays, 9-10am
8-week sessions, Drop-ins permitted

American Tribal Style® Belly Dance Level 3
Instructor: Courtney Rowland
Pre-requisite required - ATS® Belly Dance Level 2 and instructor permission.

This level 3 class includes advanced ATS® steps and combinations, dialect steps, prop work, and floor work. With a strong emphasis on advanced technique in movement, formations, leading, and performance readiness, this class requires mastery of level one and two concepts as well as permission from the instructor.

Saturdays, 10-11am
8-week sessions, Drop-ins permitted

Fusion Belly Dance Level 2
Instructor: Katie Leute, Nicole Shek
Pre-requisite required - ATS® Belly Dance Level 1, or belly dance experience.

Faster paced combinations and drills, as well as conditioning work, levels, layering, advanced choreography, and training in Zills (finger cymblas.)  Performance opportunities available.  Prior belly dance experience, or Instructor permission, required.

Drop-ins are permitted in this session.  Students must commit to the full session and be present for each class if they desire to perform.

Thurs, 7:15 - 8:15p
8-week sessions, Drop-ins permitted

Aerial Silks 1
Instructor: Nicole Bucher

Aerial 1 will dive deeper in to skills learned in the Intro to Aerial Silks class as well as expand with new skills and build endurance. Students can expect to learn more from foot locks, poses, hip locks, inversion and by the end of class, compose a series of moves. This class is a prerequisite to Aerial Silks 2.

*Aerial silk experience or completion of  Intro to Silks and instructor permission required.

Mon, 7:15p - 8:15p
8-week sessions, No drop-ins.

Aerial Silks 2*
Instructor: Mindy O'Brien

A class for the experienced aerial student; take your aerial silks knowledge to the next level with intermediate to advanced locks, poses, and drops!*

*Completion of Aerial Silks 1 required.
*Aerial silk experience or completion of Aerial Silks 1 and instructor permission required.

Weds, 7:15p - 8:15p
8-week sessions, Drop-ins permitted with instructor permission.

Aerial Silk classes are offered in 8 week sessions, to allow for the gradual building upon learned material. Thus, these classes are sold as "sessions" and new students are invited to join at the begining of the session.  Level 2 and Level 3 classes require prior experience before dropping in, so if you're a seasoned bellydancer or aerial artist, Aerial Level 2 and 3 are open to you as well.
Intro to Silks Aerial class unfortunately does not allow drop-ins at this time, due to safety and basic climbing instruction given at the beginning of each session. Because it can be dangerous to have very new students without this prior knowledge in a class with experienced students who have already received it, we only allow new students to join at the very beginning of a session. If you'd like to join an Aerial class, and we're in mid session, you're welcome to join us at the beginning of the next session and start from the beginning to ensure you get all the information to climb and fly safely!

Intro to Silks
Instructor:  John Hernandez

This class is for the very new beginner; an introduction to aerial silk fundamentals, climbing technique, conditioning and safety, this class is the foundational prerequisite to Aerial Silks 1.

Sun, 1pm-2pm
8-week sessions, No drop-ins.
